Welcome to our about us page. Rosemarie’s Wedding Boutique has been in business since 2002. Rose has been in the wedding and sewing business for over 20 years designing and building Wedding Gowns and
Bridesmaids dresses for friends and family. We placed a picture of ourselves on this page, which was taken in St. Lucia for our 20th. anniversary in September 2001 where we renewed our wedding vows, as a way for our customers to know who we are. We value the opinions of our customers, so please let us know if there is something we can do to make this site better to serve you. We hope this site will help you prepare for the “Perfect Wedding of Your Dreams.”
FORMS OF PAYMENT
For your convenience, Rosemarie’s Wedding Boutique arranges to have your order drop shipped directly to you. Therefore, we require 100% payment at the time you place your order. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Orders are normally received in 7 to 10 business days. Please allow an additional 10 days for personalized items. Orders for Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped by 2nd. Day Air. For orders outside the United States, you must contact us first to see if the items can be shipped to your destination. Methods of shipping: United Parcel Service (UPS), Airborne Express, Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS)
All items sold by Rosemarie’s Wedding Boutique are considered to be for one time use, and are not returnable. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. We will then give you a Return Authorization Number so the merchandise can be replaced as quickly as possible. Each situation is different, but please know we will do what we can do make everything perfect.
